Dominic, a 33-year-old from Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant and then went on to study business administration with a focus on HR management and marketing. Subsequently, he received an offer from a marketing agency, where he quickly rose to the position of Head of Sales. He also contributed to the development of a photovoltaic company, building its sales team from the ground up.
The Reason for Change
