After an extremely volatile 2023, we made it our priority in 2024 to evolve hyrise into a profitable, sustainable company—one that will continue helping people build great sales careers for years to come.
To achieve this, we embraced ruthless focus. We examined every aspect of our business and challenged what truly mattered for our core mission. Through this clarity, we refined our entire operation.
And we are so proud of the results.
🚀 How it went: 2024

- We trained sales teams at 50+ companies through hyriseTraining. Our training program is now recognized as one of the best in the industry serving major clients like Shopify and HRS.
- We grew 47% YoY. Thanks to our renewed focus and the team’s impeccable execution, we grew significantly while building a sustainable business model.
- Reached profitability while maintaining team size during industry-wide layoffs.
- We continued to build a great place to work: 100% remote with excellent team satisfaction and confidence.
Looking at the big picture, 2024 turned out to be one of our best possible scenarios—and we owe it all to the hyrise team.

Livius Arnsmann
Livius is one of our favorite hyrise stories. As of today, he has had a stellar 2 year career at Siteminder, with 3 promotions and several excellence awards. He also recently moved to Barcelona. Before that he worked at a tax office, stacking shelves at Kaufland and even at Burgermeister! Oh, and he has a super cute dog... Check it out!
Pascal Petry
Pascal is another one of those stories that perfectly embodies our purpose. He had a background in Chemistry and bounced through many different roles before we helped him land his first role as an SDR at Sosafe in 2023. Since then he has been promoted 3 times with the first promotion coming in just 5 months. Check it out!
Marius Schmidl
Marius is a perfect example of the diversity of career paths in sales. He studied and began his career as a trained physiotherapist. He relished a career that gave him better growth opportunities, and allowed him to work from home and enjoy more time with his wife and two cats. Today he is a Customer Success Specialist at Vivira. 🏀 Team highlights
Being a fully remote team, we are extra proud of how close our team feels. Over the years, we have refined the rituals and measures necessary to maintain strong bonds in the distance.
“Explaining” a team culture is close to impossible. Here are some of our favorite moments this year.
- 2 memorable offsites in Malaga and Mallorca, where we got to climb some trees together, cold plunge in the sea and sail into the sunset with some Aperols 🍹
- Many virtual rituals and moments: All-hands meetings, Virtual Coffee Chats, Taco Tuesdays (where we celebrate achievements with virtual tacos), Daily Highlights, and even Share Your Hobby Team Events! This year it was mostly baking 💁
Distance may separate us physically, but our shared values, trust, and daily moments of joy keep us closer than ever.

😎 What’s next for hyrise?
We enter 2025 full of energy, and the confidence that comes from having a clear purpose and focus.
- Sales careers show great prospects in the age of AI. We really can’t convey it better than Joe Morrissey does in Andreessen Horowitz’s “Big Ideas for Tech in 2025”
- We are stronger than ever. We've established ourselves as one of the leading voices in tech sales in Germany. Our two products show great traction, we have a sustainable business model and high satisfaction. Most importantly, team morale is high and our goals are clear.
Our core goal for 2025 remains clear: to place and train as many people as possible while maintaining excellent satisfaction rates. We aim to sustain our growth rate while ensuring business stability.To achieve this we will:
- Continuously refine our training program to maximize its impact on sales teams.
- Expand our scope beyond SDRs to support senior professionals' growth within the industry.
- Above all, we'll continue to strengthen our culture by taking care of our team and enabling them to grow personally and professionally.

Where do we see hyrise in the long term?
We are ambitious by nature, and this year we established some long-term "Big Hairy Audacious Goals" for hyrise. They make us a little nervous but also incredibly excited—as ambitious goals should.
